The Development Partner Consortium organization comprises various entities primarily working in the health, population, and nutrition sectors. These include United Nations agencies such as UNICEF, UNFPA, WHO, UNODC, IOM, and UNAIDS, along with embassies like the Embassy of Sweden, Global Affairs Canada, Embassy of the Netherlands, British High Commission, Delegation of the European Union to Bangladesh, USAID, CDC, JICA, ADB, World Bank, and the Global Fund.

The main objectives of the HPN DP Consortium are to ensure that all technical and implementation support is streamlined with other initiatives, resources are used efficiently, and there are no gaps or overlaps among partner organizations and agencies. The consortium also serves as a coordination body, holding monthly meetings to discuss and enhance effective coordination and collaboration. The DP Consortium is led by a Chair and Co-Chair, who are elected annually by all members.
